There was a significant disconnect between builders and home buyers during the construction process, with buyers often feeling left out and uninformed. Builders needed better tools to communicate milestones and manage expectations, while buyers sought more transparency and control. ArrivingHome had to serve both, streamlining the experience and ensuring better communication at every step.
Positioning and Strategy:
We created the name ArrivingHome to encapsulate the platform’s promise of delivering a complete, stress-free home buying journey. The tagline, "Mastering the home buying experience," highlighted how the platform takes buyers from uncertainty to confidence. For builders, the platform was positioned as a tool for efficiency and customer satisfaction, improving their ability to communicate milestones and deliver on promises.
Design and Execution:
The brand identity was crafted to feel modern, professional, and approachable. We designed the interactive LifestyleMatch™ and WarrantyResource™ tools to enhance the buyer’s journey while providing builders with critical management tools. The website was built to be intuitive and easy to navigate, ensuring seamless access for both buyers and builders.
Outcome:
Although ArrivingHome showed great potential, gaining initial traction with luxury and custom home builders, the concept was ultimately shelved due to changes in the parent company’s management and funding priorities, preventing the platform from going to market.
